ROBUST SECONDARY MARKET IN KUALA LUMPUR
High-rise condominiums and serviced apartments are the best performing residential property type in Kuala Lumpur. Prime locations in demand are KL City, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Damansara Heights and Desa ParkCity. Bulk of units sold were in Mont Kiara priced at RM1 million-RM3 million but highest price tag was for luxury units in KL City.

Desa ParkCity has the most expensive landed terrace house in the Klang Valley. This well planned and established township continues to attract buyers despite its hefty price tag. Petaling district in Selangor also showed strong performance for terrace houses in established townships such as Bandar Utama and Kota Damansara

Fewer launches in 2025 as both developers and buyers are adopting cautious sentiment. Most launches are located in suburbs and mainly high-rise residential in mixed developments or part of TransitOriented Development (TOD)Â
