Do I need experience in real estate to join Kommons?

No. Many of our top agents came from completely different industries. Our Start-Up Programmes are designed to get you earning from day one, regardless of background.

Do I need a REN Tag before I can join?

Not necessarily. We can guide you through the licensing process with BOVAEA. If you already hold a REN Tag with another agency, we’ll assist with the transfer.

What happens after I express interest?

Our team will reach out to you soon. From there, you’ll have preliminary Zoom session to learn more about Kommons and ask questions. If it feels like a fit, we’ll invite you for a visit to our HQ to discuss further.

Will I have someone to guide me when I start?

Yes. Every new agent is assigned to a Team Leader from day one, and you’ll be supported by your Team Leader throughout your onboarding journey together with multiple support from Kommons as well.
